Lets talk first of ways to use oils. You can use them topically (feet, neck, lotions, ect.), you can us a diffuser or inhalation (I love this way) or you can ingest them (please do research as to which ones you can!!)
We are going to go through the starter kit you could receive through Young Living. Our first oil is Lavender. One of my Favorites. Its a calming, relaxing and promotes rest. We love to use it at night in the diffuser to promote a restful night sleep.
Lavender promotes 10/11 body systems.
